This feature enables customers to modify their booking details online, reducing the need for phone calls to customer service and improving the overall customer experience.

ENABLE THE MAGIC LINK IN 3 STEPS: | |

2. Go to Booking Management by Customers | Select the options you want to offer your customers. |
3. Attach the magic link in confirmation emails | Add the code to the email confirmation template. |

What is the Magic Link?
The Magic Link is a unique URL sent to customers in their confirmation email. This link directs customers to a page where they can readily adjust their booking details online, eliminating the need for lengthy phone calls or waiting in line at the front desk.

Setting Up the Magic Link in 3 Steps
Follow the steps below to enable the Magic Link:
Go to Account Settings
Log into your account.
Go to Settings.
Click Advanced.

Go to Booking Management by Customers
On the Advanced Settings page, scroll down to Booking Management by Customers
Select the options you want to offer your customers.

You can offer them these options
Cancel and refund
Change booking to voucher
Change booking date or time
Attach the Magic Link in Confirmation Emails
Go to Products.
Select the Product.
Go to Emails.
Click on the desired email you want the magic link to be attached. [See sample picture below]
Click on Edit.

Paste the code below the main body text and above any solid line that may appear.

Copy this code to your confirmation email to attach the magic link

This will generate a unique Magic Link for each booking, which will be included in the confirmation email.
